• it is illegal to eat the sandwich into the shape of nation
• it counts if it represents any claimed borders of any nation or sepratist movement
• by combining all points of distance from borders, the overall distance is declared
• if the overall distance is less than a centimeter, it is illegal
• this law applies to every food in a flat shape
