Environmental Protection Act of 2024

• It is illegal to harm an animal or plant without an explicit licence from the state
• A licence will not be provided in the case of an endangered species
• In the case of self-preservation, harm is allowed, but not killing
• Harming plants only counts as harm closing further than 40% to it's death
• Plants cannot feel pain
